- Hour 1: Cooking class, meal planning, recipes and practical skills.
- Hour 2: Lessons from Titus 2:3-5. on kindness, loving your husband, loving your children, submission, purity and hospitality. (taught by a different mentor each week)
- Hour 3: Fellowship while discussing the lessons and enjoying the food that was prepared during the first hour.
